Mission Nine

Yellow-Grey Array:: L

The lack of air became more and more of an important feature of my escape. Panic had filled my mind, of course. It was a bizarre mixture of feelings. Of course let me first disclose that it was unpleasant. But the burning in my lungs, the hollowed feeling in my chest, my jerky movements, the discordant distortion and clashing of untrue colors in the dim world around me, it was so different from the other things I had felt.

Before I had finally loosened the damnable hinges on the hatch, I began to look at the whole situation with a bit of lightness. I thought that it was so, for lack of a better word, humorous. Maybe not in the fact that I thought I was going to die, but more so that it was all so conscious.

Synopsis...

You now are certain of that "Second Society." It is not anything like how we live currently. In fact, despite how truly existing it is, you can't help but feel that "real" is not an apt description.
